Cancellation Policy
Within 24 hours, cancelation minimum. The property owner is responsible for inspecting the area to confirm it meets their expectations. Once the cleaners have departed, they will not return to make adjustments, corrections, or redo. All services will be outlined and agreed upon before commencement. Any modifications, additional services, or time upon arrival may be accommodated for an extra fee. Payment is required at the time of service and is non-refundable once the service has been completed.
